Your First Visit: What to Expect

Your first visit with DR. Alessi will be the longest and most comprehensive. In general this visit will last 90 minutes and include the interview process along with a complete physical examination.

You should plan to obtain any copies of your old medical records. Ideally these would be forwarded to our office in advance of your visit.

You should plan on filling out the patient questionnaire prior to your visit. In order to get as much out of your visit, Dr. alessi will review these forms prior to meeting you.
